Ready, Set, Go!

I'm taking a different approach this time around. I have tried so many different things in the past from pills to shakes. You name it I probably tried it. This time around will be different because I know what has really worked for me and what will work now. Exercise is one of those things and counting calories is the other. I really don't like to exercise which is why I chose to pop in my old yoga vhs and give it another try. I have been taking exercise for granted. I haven't took in the consideration that there are people in this world that can't walk and wish that they can exercise. I am blessed and I don't show it. With this in mind I have decided that I will make exercise one of my top priorities each day. It's time to stop using excuses and get off my butt and work for what I want.
