I was thinking.. in the past when I am trying to lose weight I usually try to change everything at once which never works so I realize this year I have to do something different. This time I am going to try setting small goals so this thing won't seem so overwhelming. I am going to make one or two monthly goals with small weekly goals. Overall I need to lose 106lbs but for now I am not going to focus on pounds because I seriously need to change some bad habits. So here's my break down for the month of January
1/3 -1/9 reduce white flour products
1/10-1/16 Exercise 5 days a week for 30 mins
1/17 -1/23 1 serving of cheese per day
1/24-1/30 drinking 6-8 oz of water per day
monthly goal to make exercise a habit
major goal lose 5% of my body fat which equals about 13 lbs
