WEEKLY WEIGH-IN
I decided that my weigh-in days will be on friday for now on so as of this past friday I lost 3.5lbs. I am also going to go with making small goals in 10lbs increments which will make this not so overwhelming for me. So 6.5lbs left to reach my first goal!
