WEEKLY WEIGH-IN
Since my last weigh-in I've lost another 3.5lbs. Only 3 more pounds to go to reach my first 10 pound goal. I have to be honest this week I haven't got in much exercise. Exercise is still the hardest thing for me to stick to. My dear hubby has decided to help me in this department. At first I cringed at the idea because he is such a drill sergent but I realized thats what I need..somebody to be tough on me.
