February Challenge

This month I am going to work harder on my exercise schedule. I started back using "My Fitness Coach" yesterday and I am going to keep doing the wii fit aerobic steps & hula hoops which are my favorites. I went grocery shopping this past saturday and I made myself proud. I filled the cart up with healthy whole grain products as I am slowly getting rid of white flour products out of my household period. I haven't had much complaints from my family which is so awesome. Everyone is taking the change better than I thought. I also plan on counting calories again this month as it has been the only method that works for me. I have a doctor's appointment today and I am going to get a full physical just to see where I am at. Hopefully  my blood pressure is looking good because I have been faithful in taking my meds which I used to have a big problem doing.
